The temple of Nimishamba lies at a distance of 2 kilometers from Srirangapatna bus stand in the eastern direction beyond Tippu’s summer palace on the road leading to Sangam. The river flows by at a lower level & steps have neatly cut on stone slabs to arrive it. It’s a small temple with a 7-tiered Rajagopuram. It’s a fine piece of an idol.
