1. CM’s role in relation to Council of Ministers
The CM is the head of State Council of Ministers & by that authority he performs the following functions:
- He provides suggestions to the Governor for appointment of Ministers to the Council.
- He allocate, reallocates, shamble ranks and portfolios to the ministers.
