a) Online Driving Licence Apply Odisha

1. Go to the e Vahan Odisha (https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/).
2. Locate & choose Online Services from the home screen.
3. Choose Driving License-associated Services from the drop-down menu.
4. Select Odisha.
5. Choose Apply for a Learner’s Licence (LL).
6. Select a date for the learner’s permit test.
7. To get the paperwork, go to the RTO and pass the LL test.
8. Once got, you must wait 30 days before applying for a driver’s license.
9. Return to the Parivahan website & apply for a permanent driver’s license.
10. Fill up your application &  attach all relevant documentation.
11. Select a driving test date & pay the required fees.
