Khatushyamji Temple
Khatushyamji’s temple, built of the popular Makrana marble, is in the heart of the town. The shrine of Baba Shyam is constructing in the middle of the town. The mere sight of the temple provides great peace to the mind. There is a big hall for revere in the shrine, which is popular as Jagmohan.
There’re mythological paintings on its 4 walls. The door of the holy place sanctorum and its frame are ornament with silver lining. Baba’s head is locating inside the holy place sanctorum. Sheesh is ornament with beautiful flowers from all sides. There is a big ground outside the shrine for the pilgrims. There is a fair ground on the right side of the shrine. Shyam Kund
It’s the sacred pond near the shrine from which the Sheesh (Head) was get back. It’s faith that a dip in this pond cures a person from ailments & brings good health. Devotees come at Falgun Mela from different locations here & presume holy after taking bath. People take water from here which they utilize to discard many illness.
Shyam Bagicha
A blessed garden near the temple from where the flowers are picking to give to the god. The great pilgrim Lt. Alu Singhji’s Samadhi is as well in the site.
Gourishankar Temple
This is a Shiva shrine which is near Khatushyamji’s shrine. There is a myth that the Mughal ruler Aurangzeb’s soldiers wanted to demolish this shrine & attacked the Shiva Linga with a spear. Fountains of blood appeared from the Shiva Ling & the soldiers ran away, terrified. One can still see the celebrate of the spear on the Linga.
