What is tha “Bharat Gaurav Scheme”?
The Union Government mentioned the Bharat Gaurav trains capability in November 2021 under its “Dekho Apna Desh” programme. These trains shows India’s rich cultural legacy & historical locations & assist domestic tourism.
According to IRCTC, Bharat Gaurav trains are a tour package wherein services such as off-board travel & trip by buses, hotel stays, tour guides, meals, travel insurance, etc. are offering together with allied onboard services, including a doctor on-board.
