Gaganyaan Mission 2023 – Gaganyaan is India’s 1st human spaceflight mission, being made by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). The mission aims to send a 3-member crew to Low Earth Orbit (LEO) for a period of up to 7 days.
Lastly the mission was planning to launch in 2022 but later it was changed. The maiden test will take place on 21 October 2023, between 7:00 AM IST & 9 AM IST from Sriharikota Spaceport.

On October 21, 2023, the Indian Space Research Organization was poised to launch an uncrewed Test Vehicle Demonstration (TV-D1) from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. The launch was scheduling for 8:30 A.M. but with just 5 seconds remaining on the countdown clock, the rocket went into hold mode.
After a thorough analysis of the condition, the ISRO team was able to resolve the bother & the TV-D1 was successfully launching at 10:00 A.M. The mission was a success The Gaganyaan mission is a significant milestone in India’s space program. If successful, India will become the 4th nation to have sent humans to space, after the Soviet Union (later Russia), the United States & China.

ISRO Gaganyaan Mission Launch Date & Time
The ISRO started the Gaganyaan Mission, which seeks to deploy a 3-person crew into space. Indian Space Research Organization intends to launch 2 unmanned missions in advance of this manned Gaganyaan Mission. Gaganyaan Crew Module 2023
One of the two modules of Gaganyan is the Crew Module which is made in a dome shaped having the seating arrangement for 3 Astronauts one of which will a female. The cabin will have three seats together with a lighting system & 2 display screens which will manage various parameters. It’ll have camera sensors which will track oxygen together with the Carbon Dioxide & will as well make sure safety of the Astronauts. First Flight Mission 2023

The Crew Module is the major part of the Gaganyaan Mission 2023 which will having the Astronauts in it. The mission will as well have a Crew Escape System which will open once the complete mission fails & it’ll get separate from the complete spacecraft & will go in the ocean for the safety of the Astronauts.
