The main objective of this scheme is to provide two wheeler subsidy to the working women of the state by which they can easily access their enterprise employment places. Specification of The Vehicle

• The largest engine size permitted must be 125cc.
• The motor vehicle act of 1998 should permit the registration of the car.
• The two-wheeler must have been built after January 1, 2018, and it must also meet the most current emission standards.
• The Project Director (PD), Tamilnadu state Rural Livelihoods Mission (TNSRLM), o the relevant District would complete/assemble information regarding all the two-wheeler distributed under this scheme.
• The information will also be given to the Transport Department, which for a period of three years will not allow a change in ownership registration owing to a sale or other circumstances without the previous approval of the PD, TNSRLM.

Eligibility Criteria For Amma Two Wheeler Scheme

• It’s compulsory for all candidates to be permanent residents of Tamil Nadu.
• All the candidates have to upload their essential documents while applying under this scheme.
• The earnings of women must the primary source of income for the family.
• The candidate must possess a valid 2-wheeler/learner license registration (LLR) at the time of applying.
• The annual income of the beneficiary should not exceed Rs 2,50,000.
