Eligibility Criteria

- Open the official website of the DDA Housing Scheme i.e., https://www.dda.gov.in/

- Now, you have to select a DDA Flat, it will be blocked for half an hour when applicants can pay the booking amount online.
- If one fails to complete the payment within this duration, the flat will be opened for sale
- Interested applicants may apply for DDA Flats via online mode and make the prescribed advance payment
- After that, DDA will issue the demand note to the applicant. The allottees will be given three months to pay the total amount.
