NEET Seat Allotment 2023 – Conducted by NTA ( National Testing Agency) which is a self-independent premier testing organization. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued the provisional seat allotment list for the NEET UG 2023 counselling round one at mcc.nic.in.
The seat allotment in NEET 2023 counselling is organized in 2 rounds; round 1 & 2 including a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round which will conduct in case of vacant seats. Aspirants require to note that seat allotment will done on the basis of scores got in the NEET UG exam. Candidates who will score the minimum required NEET cutoff percentile will consider qualified for the exam.

Role of MCC – NEET Seat Allotment 2023
Medical Counselling Committee will be conducting seat allotment method of NEET 2023 for the beneath-introduced quotas:
15% AIQ seats of all the seats.
100% seats of BHU/ AIIMS/ DU for MBBS/ BDS.
100% seats of JIPMER seats for Puducherry & Karaikal.
85% SQ seats of DU/ IP University.
15% IP quota seats of ESIC.
100% seats for Dentistry including 5% quota for Jamia students

NEET 2023 seat allotment: Key highlights
NEET 2023 seats are split into All India quota & State-level quota.
Centralized counselling will be done to fill 15% All India quota seats of MBBS & BDS courses.
The remaining seats will be allotted through normal counselling procedure.
All the medical colleges private, deemed, armed forces will be participating in NEET 2023 seat allotment.
AIIMS & JIPMER will as well accept the aspirants through NEET UG 2023 exam. These colleges are no longer conducting their own medical entrance exam.

Required Documents for NEET 2023
Aspirants who are eligible for the counselling rounds require to report to the institute with documents. Here are the lists of documents you’ve to carry.
- NEET exam 2023 hall ticket
- The rank letter or Result of NEET 2023
- Mark sheet or certificate of class 10
- Mark sheet or certificate of class 12
- A valid ID proof issued by the Government
- 7 to 8 passport size photograph
- If required disability certificate
- Allotment letter
Aspirants must have to carry both original & Xerox copy of the documents that are required in the upper list.
NEET 2023 Seat Allotment Process
- Seat Allocation list will prepare on the basis of your AIR got in the NEET exam 2023 & choices filled in the registration form.
- You can check the seat allocation list on the official web page of MCC.
- If he/she accepted the allotted seat then they’ve to download the NEET allotment letter from the web page by filling roll number, DOB & security pin.
- A student who has allotted for counselling has to report to the allotted institute for seat confirmation and document verification.
- After that aspirants have to undergo a medical check-up to make sure that they particular candidate is medically fit or not.
- If that aspirants doesn’t appear in the institute till the last date for the process, their seat will cancel.

NEET Allotment Result 2023
NEET is a national-level entrance exam organized by the NTA ( National Testing Agency) for admissions in MBBS & BDS courses. The result of the NEET exam 2023 has announced in the month of September 2023. The scale of marks set in this year is dropping in comparison to the last year.
Qualifying marks for the General category were 175-117 as the last year which is 2021 it was 720-138. And for the SC, ST & OBC categories the qualifying marks are 116-93 & in the last year, it was 137-108.
