The bill removes a provision in the ordinance that previously stopping the Delhi Assembly from making laws worry ‘State Public Services and State Public Service Commission’.

The Chief spokesperson of the Aam Aadmi Party & Service Minister, Saurabh Bhardwaj, said that the Centre is misleading the people of Delhi, who have chosen Arvind Kejriwal as their Chief Minster thrice.
He added that the ordinance bill is a contempt of the Supreme Court. He said that the Bill is handing over the powers to the Lieutenant Governor, which people not even chosen. But forced, and through him, the central government would undertake the work happenings in Delhi.

Chadha said that the ordinance is “blatantly unconstitutional” and the Bill pursuing to replace it is “impermissible”. He said that the regulation is changing the Supreme Court resolution, which is the Constitution itself. On July 23, Aap MP Raghav Chadha as well wrote a letter to Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar not to grant the Bill to introduce in the Lok Sabha. In the letter, he specified that the Bill was Unconstitutional. And insisting to direct the Centre to withdraw it and Save the Constitution.
