This time the government is going to host a disability camp to provide services to the specially-abled persons. This program will continue till March. The government of West Bengal organizes Duare Sarkar Shivir in every district of the state so that the beneficiaries of various schemes can apply through these camps sitting at their home. So far three phases of camps have been organized under the Duare government. This year the third phase camp will be organized for a month from 16th August to 15th September. Beneficiaries have to fill out the form in the camp. About 1.6 crore people will be benefited from these camps. There is a second phase of the scheme which will cover the state of West Bengal starting from June 2024 for all the residents of the state.

• Khadya Sathi: Beneficiaries can take ration at subsidized prices through the Food Partner Scheme. Those people who come below the poverty line criteria and other economically weaker section criteria can take benefit from this scheme. This scheme will benefit more than 4 crore people of West Bengal. Under this scheme, citizens can get 5 kg of food grains at the rate of Rs 2 per kg per person.
• Swasthya Sathi: Through the Swasthya Sathi scheme, the Government of West Bengal provides health insurance coverage of up to Rs.500000. All the citizens of West Bengal are covered under this scheme. To take advantage of this scheme, the beneficiary must have a smart card. • Caste Certificate: Beneficiaries can also get their caste certificate made through Dwarka government camps. Beneficiaries will have to fill out the application form to obtain a caste certificate and will have to provide all the necessary documents in the camps
• Shikshashree: Shikshashree Scholarship Scheme provides financial assistance to the scheduled caste students studying in classes 5th to 8th. Two types of assistance are provided through this scheme which is assistance in the form of book grant and assistance in the form of maintenance grant. With the help of this scheme, the participation of scheduled category students in pre-matriculation stages can be improved and the dropout incidence can be reduced especially in the case of girls.
• Jai Johar: Jai Jauhar Yojana has been launched for the Scheduled Tribe citizens of West Bengal. Financial incentives are provided to the beneficiaries through this scheme. These financial incentives include a pension of Rs 1000 per month. To get the benefit of this scheme, the beneficiary has to present the certificate of Scheduled Tribe category and the age of the applicant should be at least 60 years.

• Toposili Bandhu: Toposili Bandhu has been launched for the SC category citizens of West Bengal. Through this scheme, financial incentives are provided to the beneficiaries of the schemes. These financial incentives include a pension of Rs 600 per month. To get the benefit of this scheme, it is necessary to provide a Scheduled Caste certificate to the beneficiary and the age of the beneficiary should be 60 years or more.
• Kanyashree: Kanyashree Yojana has been started for the girl students of West Bengal. Through this scheme, financial incentives are provided to girls for their education. All those girls whose age is 13 years to 18 years and who are enrolled in classes 8th to 12th can take advantage of this scheme. The government provides financial assistance of Rs 750 per year through this scheme. Apart from this, a one-time grant of Rs 25000 is also provided under this scheme when the girl child completes 18 years of age.
• Rupashree: Rupshree has launched to provide financial assistance to financially stressed families at the time of their daughter’s marriage. This one-time financial grant will be Rs 25000. Now the citizens of West Bengal do not need to borrow money at high rates because the West Bengal government is going to provide financial assistance at the time of marriage.

• Aikyashree: Ekyashree Scholarship Scheme has been launched for the students of West Bengal who belong to minority communities. Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided to all eligible students at the school and college levels. Students from class 1 to Ph.D. can take advantage of this scheme. Level
• Krishak Bandhu: The Government of West Bengal has launched the Krishak Bandhu scheme to provide financial assistance to the farmers. This financial assistance will be Rs 4000 per year. Apart from this, the death benefit is also provided under this plan. If the farmer dies before the age of 60 years, the family of the farmer will get a death benefit of Rs 2 lakh.
• Manabik: The Government of West Bengal has launched the Manabik scheme for physically challenged citizens. Under this scheme, a monthly pension of Rs 1,000 will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries. To get the benefits of this scheme, the disability percentage of the beneficiary should be 50% or more and the family income of the beneficiary should be Rs.100000 or less.

Phases Of Duare Sarkar Camps

• Phase First: Under the first phase, camps were organized across the state, benefiting about 25 million people of the state. The camp was organized for 55 days from 1st December to 25th January. There were more than 25000 camps in the first phase
• Phase Second: In order for every citizen to get benefit from this scheme, the second phase has been organized under this scheme, which started on January 27 and went on till February 8. These camps were organized for all those beneficiaries who are not able to take advantage of these camps in the first phase.
• Phase Third: The Government of West Bengal is going to organize Duare Sarkar Camp in every district of the state from 16 August to 15 September. About 17107 camps will be organized during this period, which will benefit about 1.6 crore citizens of West Bengal. Beneficiaries can apply through these camps under 18 notified schemes offered by the Government of West Bengal.
