Nationality
An Aspirant must be either:
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who arrived over to India, before the 1st January 1962, with the purpose of forever settling in India, or
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a person of Indian origin who has emigrated from Burma, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, the United Republic of Tanzania and Vietnam with the purpose of permanently settling in India.

SSC CHSL 2024 Educational Qualification
For PA/ SA, DEO, LDC/ JSA, (except DEOs in C&AG): The aspirants who are planning to appear in CHSL 2024 examination should have qualified in the 12th Standard or equivalent written examination from a recognized Board or University.
For Data Entry Operator (DEO) in the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG): 12th Class pass in Science stream with Mathematics as a discipline from an identified Board or its equivalent.
