Benefits of the Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme

• To get the benefits of DKBSSY, you can use an Ayushman card, or ration card in registered hospitals under the scheme.
• Health e-cards will be provided to the beneficiaries registered through the Chhattisgarh DKBSSY scheme.
• The said e-card of Ayushman card will be registered in TMS software.
• Blocking or pre-authority request of a suitable package will be generated after examining the patient through hospital meds or Ayushman card.
• After the pree authority auto-approval, the patient will be treated free of cost and cashless under the scheme.
• According to the health medical consultation, 15 days of medicine will be provided free of cost to the patient by the hospital.
• The claim will be processed through the Third Party Agency (TPA) under the scheme.
• The claim will be paid to the hospital within 30 days by the trust, the nodal agency of the state.
• After the treatment is completed, the claim will be submitted to the Transaction Management System (TMS).

Assistance Amount Under DKBSSY Health Scheme Chhattisgarh

• APL Categories citizens will be provided health facilities worth Rs 50,000 on a priority basis through the scheme.
• Health facilities up to Rs 5 lakh will be provided under the scheme to all ration card holders belonging to the BPL category.

• Only permanent residents of Chhattisgarh state will be eligible for Dr Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme.
