The Shehri Credit Card Scheme has been initiated to offer employment opportunities in shehri areas. Under this scheme, unemployed youth of service sector and street vendors of urban areas will be offered with guarantee-free loans. This loan will be of Rs. 50000. The draft of this scheme has been accepted by the Government of Rajasthan on 16 August 2021. The draft of this scheme has also been approved by the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot. The declaration of initiating this scheme was created in this year’s budget to offer financial resources for self-employment, employment, and daily requirements in view of coronavirus infection.
District Collector will be the nodal officer of Indira Gandhi Shehri Credit Card 2024 Scheme in the district. The checking of the beneficiaries will be completed by the sub-divisional officer. Eligibility Criteria
- Aspirant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- Aspirant’s age should be between 18 to 40 years.
- To take the advantage of this scheme, the monthly income of the application should be rs. 15000 or less.
- The monthly income of the aspirant’s family should be Required as Rs. 50000 or less.
- All those small traders who have been provided a certificate or ID Card/ identity card by the urban department are also applicable for this scheme.
